We offer low-intensity and high-intensity Zumba, Chair-Based Exercise, and Chair Yoga classes for women, with social space and refreshments. All our classes are free of charge.
Our classes improve women’s physical and mental health as well as helping them to socialise, make new friends, and reduce isolation and loneliness. We are also aiming to train some community members as Zumba instructors so they can run their own classes.
We offer both the standard Zumba programme and lower-intensity ‘Zumba Gold’.
For people with limited mobility or lower fitness, we also offer two separate activity programmes that you can do from the comfort of a wheelchair or regular chair: Chair-Based Exercise (CBE) and Chair Yoga.
We are also planning to run coffee mornings, cooking classes for families, housing information sessions, and parenting classes.

Location
Our locations are in West London: White City Community Centre, Matthew Hall Community Centre, and Acton vale centre (all in Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing and Chiswick Town Hall.

Our Instructors
Our professional fitness instructor is fully trained and certified in both Zumba and Chair-Based Exercise and has 11 years’ experience of running classes for women and men of all ages and backgrounds.
